If you are considering selling your business, we would like to learn some things about you and your business. This includes your objectives, needs and history. 

There is no substitution for establishing a common understanding of what is hoped for and what is likely. 

Initially, we suggest a brief discussion to determine possible synergy. If interest continues, the next step would be to schedule a no cost/no obligation meeting to develop a Confidential Business Review (CBR). A CBR will provide the basis for producing an opinion on the value of your business and allow you to evaluate whether you would like to have Marshall Associates confidentially market your business.

Remember, a real decision is measured by the fact that you've taken new action. If there's no action, you haven't truly decided.

If you are considering buying a business, we would also like to learn some information about you, your background, interests and objectives.

Completing a Buyer Confidentiality Agreement takes about two minutes. After receiving your Confidentiality Agreement, we will be positioned to recommend businesses which may be of interest to you and to release detail information on those businesses you desire.
